Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronic device in its original box, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and cables are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment for you.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
